Alexandra Draghici is a Montreal-based Photographer who specializes in dog and cat photography as well as portraits and special events. Pet, Portrait, and Events are just some of the areas that she explores in her photography.
"One of the reasons I started my journey as a pet photographer, is that I can honestly say my life is now richer for the 13 wonderful years spent with my dog, a German pointer with soft chocolaty ears and a predilection for mischief and strawberry yoghurt.
In my free time I volunteer and take pictures of the dogs and cats at the Montreal SPCA, for their Petfinder Adoptions listings.

Whether photographing animals or people, I like to surprise them in their most honest moments and freeze-frame that twinkle in their eyes that hints at something more.
After having finished a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts about 10 years ago, I started researching in depth the medium of photography which, in time, became my profession and passion."
